Terms of Service

SocialNode.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered social media infrastructure platform. We provide tools for content generation, brand voice training, KPI tracking, GEO citation monitoring, and ROI reporting. Our Service is operated from the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@socialnode.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

We use third-party authentication (Clerk) to manage accounts. Your account credentials are governed by Clerk's terms in addition to ours.

SocialNode.ai offers the following subscription tiers: Starter ($497/mo), Growth ($797/mo), Agency ($1,497/mo), and Done-For-You ($2,997/mo). A 30-Day Pilot is also available at $497, fully credited toward your first paid month if you continue.

• All prices are in USD and billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

Each subscription plan includes a monthly token allocation for AI content generation. Token usage is measured against your plan's limit. If you exceed 80% of your allocation, you will receive a warning. Service may be paused at 100% usage until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods. Pilot plans include unlimited tokens for the duration of the pilot.

The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate social media content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
• You retain ownership of the final content you publish, including any edits you make to AI outputs.
• You grant us a limited license to use your brand voice data, feedback signals, and approved content to improve the accuracy of content generated for your account.
• We do not claim ownership of your brand voice profile, your proprietary data, or your published posts.
• AI content must comply with the terms of any platform you publish to (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

When you provide feedback on generated posts (approve, reject, or edit), this data is used to improve the AI model's performance for your account. Your training data is associated with your user ID and is not shared with other users. You may request deletion of your training data at any time by contacting us.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates the rights of others
• Create spam, misleading advertising, or content designed to deceive
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Circumvent token limits or abuse the Pilot Program

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

The SocialNode.ai platform, including all code, design, logos, brand assets, and proprietary AI infrastructure, is owned by SocialNode.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain all rights to your brand assets, business data, and any original content you create or upload to the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data storage), Anthropic (AI models), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALNODE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialNode.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you publish using our platform.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
